Personal Life
Spencer has lived in Stonnington for 15 years and is currently employed by a Building Services Company that manages Residential Apartments.
Spencer is married with 3 children and has been actively involved in volunteering in various Activities including the Prahran Junior Cricket and Football.
Spencer’s second eldest has attended Ashwood School in Ashburton and Spencer firmly believes in the importance of Special Schools for children with special needs.
Environmental Care
Spencer was a farmer in Western Victoria and has planted thousands of native trees as tube stock for Shelter Belts and Biodiversity.
Spencer fenced off and protected Remnant Gum trees around Swamps which allowed their seed to germinate and grow resulting in thousands of naturally established new trees.
Spencer was successful in Direct Seeding of large scale Native Tree Plantations which involved careful planning of a fallowing and a deep ripping program for a minimum of 3 years as a basis of site preparation.
Spencer’s most successful large scale planting is visible on Google Maps along Delacombe Way on the East Side of the Mortlake Ararat Road.
Spencer believes that Large Scale Direct Tree Seeding Programs could establish Billions of trees in Marginal Cropping Zones of Australia and could sequester significant amounts of carbon in the soil.
Spencer has been involved in Site Finding for Leasing Land for Solar Electricity Farms in Northern NSW.
Commandeered the Pitch Roller as per Coach Request
